    NON-IMPLEMENTATION OF MERGER DECISION- SR. P. WAY SUPERVISORS WITH JE (P. WAY) WITH SPREAD EFFECT IN SSE (GP RS. 4600/-) ON ZONAL RAILWAYS

    Sub: Non-implementation of merger decision - Sr. P. Way Supervisors with JE (P.Way) with spread effect in SSE (GP Rs. 4600/-) on Zonal Railways-reg.

    NFIR is disappointed to state that the position regarding implementation of restructuring effective from 01/11/2013 among Technical Supervisors on S.W. Railway as conveyed to the Federation vide Board's letter dated 07/07/2015, is not factual. 

    Further to above, NFIR desires to invite attention of the Railway Board to the decision for "en-block merger of Sr. P. Way Supervisors GP 4200 with the cadre of JE (P. way) with its spread effect in higher grade PB-2, GP Rs. 4600 w.e.f. 03/07/2013”

    In the case of JE/SSE (P. Way) cadre, the merger decision with spread effect w.e.f. 03/07/2013 should first be implemented and thereafter upgradation orders for JE (P. Way) and SSE (P. Way) at 33 :67 ratio should be implemented with effect from 01/11/2013. 

    NFIR, therefore, once again urges the Railway Board to arrange to furnish the details relating to implementation of Board's orders dated 03/07/2013 and 08/10/2013, particularly in the case of JE/SSE (P. Way) on S.W. Railway as well as other zones.
