The Seventh Central Pay Commission is recommending a Pay Matrix with Distinct Pay Levels. The Level would henceforth be the status determiner. The Rationalized Entry Pay has been introduced in place of on Existing Pay Band given in the Six Central Pay Commission. The 7th Central Pay Commission makes recommendations a Pay Matrix with Distinct Pay Levels.
